The hotel has been decorated with concerns to the Spanish plawriter from 17th Century, Lope de Vega, as well as other personnages and works from from that historical context. Every room has a name of a playwriter, a popular place or a play of theatre from The Spanish Golden Age. The hotel has also an exclusive collection of etchings that give their names to rooms. E.g.: Cervantes-Room 105, Plaza Mayor-Room 306, Velazquez-Room 406, Shakespeare-Room 507, or King Felipe IV-Room 604.
